For Your Collected Data

Once you have created your form for your wireless device, the server also dynamically creates a live database for data collection, a handset user management system to add additional users as desired, exporting options to MS Excel, XML, full Web Services support and a open ended escalation and reporting tools to forward virtually any data matching any criteria to anyone in the world in near real-time.

Example:

A non computer programmer can take an existing paper based inspection form, re-create it online, populate this instantly out to 200 handsets, have support for photos as desired, use any mix and volume of check lists, drop down menus, open ended fields, have full GPS tracking supported with online maps, bread crumb trails, etc. Once the users start to complete and submit the new wireless inspection forms, data is collected in an easy to view database with exporting to MS Excel and exporting to XML. Multiple report and escalation options are set up dynamically, etc. You can go back to the form builder and create as many forms for data collection as desired and assign these forms to any user desired.

True Store and Forward

Our technology is designed to work both in and out of wireless coverage. To drive the highest possible workflow scenario possible, field staff can select jobs, enter data, bar code scan, photo capture and pass this data to our outbox process. All data and GPS tracking information will be passed back to the server automatically once a wireless connection has been re-established.

GPS - LBS Fleet Management On-the-Fly

We support virtually all Motorola models, all GPS supported Blackberry devices, Android Devices, Windows Mobile devices, all laptops with built in or peripheral GPS cards. Photo Capture

One of the least used with the most potential value in business today is the integration and support of photo capture capabilities. Photos can assist with proof of performance, before and after shots of work product, damage assessment, and more. Westlake has successfully integrated photo capture support within standardized field forms for organizations in construction, inspection and time card/productivity management. Bar Coding/RFID

Full bar code Type 1, Type 2 and RFID is supported. Westlake supports full mobile integration for virtually all bar code and RFID deployment needs.

Dashboards

Now that we have enabled you to design your forms, collected your data your way, now allow our custom development services enable you to display the most critical data your way too.

Most dashboards include historical data, color based pre-defined thresholds, statistical averages based on local, regional or national data, trend analyzes; data can be color coded, displayed as a pie chart, complex vertical and horizontal bar graphs and more.

Data Collection and Management

All wireless data collected is instantly available via MS Excel export, XML feed as well as Web Services and FTP to quickly and easily incorporate data collected within other back office applications.

Data can be sorted online including all bar code, photo capture and GPS tracking data as needed. Integration services available.

Escalation and Reporting

Our tools are easy to use, highly configurable and open ended. Based off of the forms you dynamically created, you can quickly configure reports and escalations to e-mail any one person or persons anywhere in the world, set filters based on a single matched criteria or multiple matched criteria and create any number of reports and escalations you wish. If a customer wishes to know when a certain job has started, completed, etc., you can set this by any criteria to alert the customer as required.

Back Office Integration
