About Westlake
Westlake is composed of a group of seasoned wireless data pioneers with specific focus of helping mid to large organizations deploy complicated or challenging wireless dispatch and/or data collection systems.
It is rare to find a CRM, sales force or dispatch system that will take full advantage of the functions and capabilities found within the wireless industry today. Due to the ever changing landscape of devices, protocols, operating systems and carriers, you will often find substantial limitations when wanting to go paperless. When a wireless solution is an afterthought to a larger back office system, effective deployments can be challenging.
Westlake has built AIRmobility® to bridge the gap between existing back office systems, 3rd party applications or home grown custom applications to the fast changing wireless world. Our SaaS (Software as a Service) model is often instantly adoptable to a wide mix of devices, operating systems capabilities and carriers with specific focus on creating the most optimal workflow scenario possible for our customers.
"We were able to customize ourselves a full GPS supported, bar code and photo capture integrated field survey for our entire national operations field force within minutes; and with cross carrier and device support."
Mike Porter
SVP Information Systems
Clear Channel Outdoor {NYSE: CCO]
What takes most vendors weeks and expensive custom development time and resources, Westlake is often able to accomplish the same solution with the AIRmobility® platform on-the-fly. What this does:
- Decrease in costs - time spent on proposals, evaluation of multiple vendors, testing new handset software on an existing field force, time to market, etc.
- Increases productivity – management can often see instantaneous results that can be measured versus attempting to guess.
- Flexibility – Our customers can select from a variety of devices, operating systems and carriers for an evaluation period.
“We found Westlake’s AIRmobility® online and converted over 30 internal paper based forms (OSHA forms) in about a day. These forms were deployed on over 200 Blackberry devices for our field force to evaluate literally one day later. Fastest automation project I have ever been involved with.
